THANKSGIVING 11-26-09 Well I don't have my picture uploaded yet but we had the grand babies Thanksgiving eve for a sleep over. We had sooo much fun, I just had to share!!

We had a great time and my daughter and her husband loved not having them. They were able to get soooo much more done that night to get ready for Thanksgiving.

The kids helped me make banana nut bread and tore up all of the bread for my stuffing. My husband is a printer and he brought home some NCR paper that needed separating (don't ask:)) so the girls helped with that and loved helping their Grandpa. Then we watched a movie called Christa and it was all about kids being mean to another girl and how it turned around she had some great friends. Lesson learned, it isn't nice to be mean to others.

Oh, we also baked individual brownies that they ate that night. Too much sugar!!!! They did not go sleep till midnight!!!! Even the 2 year old!!!! We had a great time. I just loved it. Then we all went back to their house the next morning and their dad cooked breakfast for everyone then the rest of the family showed up and we just visited and had a wonderful time!!!!!

More Grand Parents Day

This is Rylee and I in her classroom. I was holding the camera and her friend in front of us was telling me when to click it:))

Rylee got to introduce me and I sat beside her. We wrote each other a letter and then got to cut it out and paste it on another paper and color it. Her classroom was full of kids and grandparents. It was crowded and we had a fun time. They said a lot of Bible verses out loud to show us how good they were getting at memorizing verses and the books of the bible.

Grand Parents Day At School

Oh what a fun day!!! I ran around spliting myself between two classrooms. They kids were so cute and I was proud to be there with them.

This is Dakota and I in her classroom. We got to introduce each other to the class while standing in front of the room. It was fun telling them all about Dakota. She is such a Star:))

She showed me how she does her crafts and projects every day, we prayed and had a cupcake for a snack.

Here is Dakota with mom, Sheri. Dakota is getting ready to get her ears pierced for her 4th birthday. It was her request! And here she is in the process. She was so brave!! She did not shed one tear. This year mom let her get some fun earrings. She got so many for her 5th birthday that she had to have an earring holder for all of them. She has been changing her earrings three times in the same day. Sister Rylee has been helping her:))

Ok, I could not resist. Here is Rylee & Dakota making cookies last Valentine's Day! Aren't they just adorable! This year Savanna will be helping us:)) And I am sure Phoenix will have his hand in it as well. He wants to do everything his big sisters do.

Newest Addition

Here is the latest addition to the family. Grandson, Phoenix. He is now 17 months and a real joy. The girls really love their baby brother. He is a really happy boy and loves his sisters as much as they love him. He is too young to get creative with us yet at grandma's house but we sure do have a lot of fun playing with him!
